About Prospect

Prospect School strives to inspire all students to achieve to their greatest potential. We want each child to become a lifelong learner, critical problem solver, effective communicator, and self-directed learner.

Our school is a vibrant place to learn, where students are nurtured and our staff maintains high expectations for learning the academic, social, and emotional skills needed in today’s world to be successful. Our students are asked to follow three rules at Prospect School: Be Safe, Responsible and Respectful. This allows us to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

A Message from Mrs. Cummings:

Dear Prospect Community,

I am happy to introduce myself as Mrs. Kristin Cummings, the Principal at Prospect School. This is my fifth year at Prospect after having worked in Districts 203 and 204 previously. In addition to being an Instructional Education Coach and Assistant Principal previously, I also spent five years each teaching second and fourth grades.

I believe all students can learn at high levels. I want Prospect to be a place where staff and students are knocking down the doors to get in! Creating an environment where all belong, students are engaged and empowered teachers who know they are making a difference each and every day.

Please feel free to reach out at any point for me to help make this dream a reality.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Kristin Cummings
Principal, Prospect School
