Contracts in excess of $25,000 are competitively bid as governed by the Illinois School Code Article 10 Section 20.21. The full school code can be accessed on the website for the Illinois General Assembly.
Prevailing Wage / Rate Statement
All contractors are advised that no less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor shall be paid to all laborers, workers, and mechanics performing work for Community Consolidated School District 181.
