Consolidated School District 181 paperless Board Book and Policy Manual!
In March 2011, our Board
Meeting materials moved from paper to electronic format, using a system called
BoardDocs. Before each board meeting, you can view the agenda and supporting
reports and materials. All materials since the launch of the electronic board
book are archived. Minutes of meetings from 2005-2010 are also posted. All
documents are searchable.
In addition to Board meeting
materials, the Board Policy manual is now posted on BoardDocs. The new system
allows viewers to search for terms and titles and includes links to state
statutes that are cited in policy footnotes.
Copies of the middle school
handbooks and the elementary school handbook are also available on BoardDocs.
First-time users are invited
to view a tutorial on the new system.
