Board of Education meeting materials are generated in an electronic format using a system called BoardDocs. Before each Board meeting, you can view the agenda and supporting reports and materials. Past materials and meeting minutes are archived, and all documents are searchable. The Board Policy Manual is also available via BoardDocs. First-time users are invited to receive a tutorial on the system by calling 630.861.4922.

Board Meeting Summary
The Board Summary is a document produced by the Communications Department after each Board of Education Business meeting to provide an overview for the community of key action and discussion. The Board Summary does not serve as official meeting minutes, but rather a way to help the public stay informed of Board activity. Recent Summary documents are available below. Past Summary documents can be provided upon request, sent to the Communications Department.
