About Pam Kazee
Ms. Kazee is a 34-year educator who has also worked as a district administrator for twelve years. In her years as an administrator, Ms. Kazee served as a Special Education Coordinator, Special Education Director and Student Services Director.
Career highlights include:
- Supported District 181 in the expansion of the continuum of services to include Specialized Programs for students with disabilities
- Student Services Administrator for Superintendent's Schools in Clark County Schools, Las Vegas, Nevada, where Ms. Kazee collaborated with the Research and Development Department
- Director of Student Services in Clark County (Las Vegas, Nevada) for the Northeast Region and Superintendent's Schools
- Developed Clark County School District's inclusive practices as the liaison to the National Institute for Urban Schools Improvement
- Served on development team with parental and community partners for Nevada Partners in Inclusive Education (PIE) in Clark County School District
- Supported the development of a teacher training video on co-teaching called "The Power of 2"
- Presented at National Council for Exceptional Children conference on inclusive practices
- Presented at National Positive Behavioral Supports Conference
- Presented to the ACCESS Center, American Institute of Research in Washington, D.C.
