    The Monday, August 23, 2010, business meeting of the Community Consolidated School District 181 Board of Education will be moved from Hinsdale Middle School to Clarendon Hills Middle School. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. The school address is 301 Chicago Avenue, Clarendon Hills. The location change will facilitate set-up for the All Staff Opening Day Meeting on Tuesday morning at CHMS.

  • District 181 Support Staff Have a New Contract

    Following a vote on June 28, the Community Consolidated School District 181 Board of Education approved a five-year contract with educational support staff employees. Members of the Hinsdale Educational Support Staff (H.E.S.S.) ratified the contract June 8. The agreement covers the time period from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2015.

  • Joint Statement On Negotiations

    The three-year contract between the Board of Education of Community Consolidated School District 181 and the Hinsdale-Clarendon Hills Teachers’ Association, in effect since October 8, 2008, is due to expire August 24, 2011. Following meetings between representatives of the Board and HCHTA in June, the two groups have decided to enter into early and focused negotiations this summer.
